After announcing Stage 2 loadshedding on Wednesday, Eskom later updated its loadshedding schedule and announced that Stage 2 loadshedding would be implemented from 05:00 - 16:00 on Thursday. Stage 4 loadshedding would then be implemented from 16:00 - 24:00 thereafter. Eskom also said that Stage 2 loadshedding is anticipated for Friday between 05:00 and 24:00.
