A Yellow Level 2 warning has been issued for severe thunderstorms and disruptive rain in Kimberley and other parts of the Northern Cape, effective April 2-3, 2025.

Residents in the area are advised to expect isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers, with possible severe thunderstorms leading to heavy downpours and flooding.
