Ligbron’s netball teams put on a determined display during a series of friendly matches against Hoërskool Generaal Hertzog in Witbank on Tuesday, 15 April.

While the games were friendly, they offered strong competitive value. The U/16 A team had a busy afternoon, playing twice—drawing 14–14 against Hertzog’s U/17 A team and later drawing 9–9 against their U/16 A side. The highlight came from Ligbron’s first team, who delivered a decisive 31–15 victory.
