Corné Jooste, originally from Ladysmith, has set up his sports physiotherapy practice at Body Strong Gym in Ermelo. Following his undergraduate degree in physiotherapy at Stellenbosch University, Jooste relocated to Ermelo and began working with local athletes and community members. Last year he completed an advanced sports course at the University of the Witwatersrand before establishing his own clinic. He had always harboured a passion for sport and once considered becoming a coach, but his keen interest in health sciences and subjects like Biology ultimately led him to pursue a career in physiotherapy.
