Photos supplied by ACSU On Monday, Armand Hilarius, a shift commander of ACSU, was patrolling in the vicinity of Heide Avenue in Ermelo when he noticed two males carrying large bags. Upon further investigation, the ACSU member discovered 21 rolls of dagga in the bags the males were carrying.
