Through the investment made by the Northern Cape SMME Blended Fund, the premier, Dr Zamani Saul opened the OP Village Mall in the Batlharos Village in Kuruman this week.

The Blended fund is part of an agreement between the NEF and the Department of Economic Development and Tourism (DEDaT) with DEDaT implementing the project on behalf of the Northern Cape Provincial Government.
