Health MEC Dr Phophi Ramathuba made an unannounced visit to Matlala Hospital recently and was concerned about the long queues at the Outpatient Department (OPD) and the non-functional X-ray, audiology, and dental machines. The MEC met with the hospital staff to discuss strategies to deal with the situation.
