Water contamination can occur to city water supplies, well water supplies and fresh water sources such as lakes, streams and rivers. Consuming contaminated water can cause numerous effects as the dirty water harbous parasites that lead to diseases like typhoid fever, cholera, diarrhea, dysentery vibro illness just to mention a few in which people can die from.
