Method: 

Step 1:

In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar, then set aside.

 

Step 2:

Preheat the waffle iron to the desired temperature.

 

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter and vanilla.

 

Step 4:

Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture, beat until blended.

 

Step 5:

Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffle until golden and crisp.

 

Step 6:

Serve immediately with cream and toppings of your choice.

 

Makes 10 – 12 Waffles
